BirthMother’s Day Poem + Coloring Pages | pdf download

Mother’s Day can be such a hard holiday for women who have placed a child for adoption, especially if they aren’t parenting any other children and are forced to sit alone in that loss. My 19 year old boyfriend was the first person to acknowledge me as a mother three years post placement when he handed me a Mother’s Day card. His gesture meant more than he could have ever imagined.

Inspired by his thoughtfulness, I’ve created different Mother’s Day cards with birthmoms in mind. So excited for this new addition, a poem written for birthmothers in a classic typewriter font to print and frame as well as coloring pages for sweet little hands to decorate and send with love!
