How We Collect and Use Information

We ask for certain information such as your name and e-mail address when you register for our mailing list; and a physical mailing address and digital photo when you make a purchase. We may retain any messages you send via e-mail but will NOT retain any mailing addresses once a product has both mailed out and arrived to it’s destination. In addition, the check out process offers a “permissions” box. If checked once the digital file is processed as an instant photo print it may be used in advertising photography to promote ©1938 Instant Nostalgia
