Who is this for:
While the majority of my community is connected to adoption, foster, and kinship care that is not a requirement to attend this retreat. Those topics will naturally be woven into the weekend as it's such a huge part of my own life but the focus is for anyone eager to pursue hope, healing, and joy in the wake of trauma, grief, and hardships. It's open to adult women only.
What to expect:
3 days + 2 nights in a beautiful beachfront home to pursue rest and restoration
An authentic weekend curated to feel like a long awaited exhale
Nourishing homemade meals, carefully selected snacks, and spring water. Enthusiastically catering to dietary restrictions and allergies with the same love and care I use to feed my own family: Mostly organic and ethically sourced
Learn from experts of their respective fields who can provide valuable insights and tools that you can integrate into your life beyond the retreat
Workshops, sessions, and experiences that implement proven strategies that aid in holistic healing, health, and wellness
A balance of relaxation, learning, and meaningful activities
Receive a swag bag upon arrival filled with supplies that have been carefully curated to help you put what you learn into practice
*I will do everything in my power to secure accommodations to give everyone their own room but there is a possibility some will need to room share or split a king or queen sized bed.

Retreats are pricey, I get it but don't lose hope. We have scholarship funds available and will hold your place in queue for future retreats so consider what you can invest in this opportunity and keep reading!

From lodging to food and everything in-between retreats of this caliber can cost between $2000-$3000. For the RESTORATIVE RETREAT we ask that you pay what you can $1500 (or more) with a $500 deposit due within 48 hours of email confirmation, though you are welcome to pay in full. An additional $500 will be due June 1, 2024 and the remainder will be due on August 1, 2024.

Anything that exceeds the necessary budget will roll over into a scholarship fund for those in need of a little help.

Due to the upfront costs necessary to secure accommodations, in the case of unforeseen circumstances or cancellation, funds will only be refunded if the spot can be filled.
